$3.85

Okay, I know that this doesn't seem like that great of a thing to be excited over but it's better then paying $4.09 for a gallon of gas. This morning after I dropped Ky off for his first day of second grade I found gas at Sam's Club for $3.85, yay!! With Gabe working in Salt Lake gas is a GREAT part of our budget and im more then SICK of paying for it!! I try not to go anywhere just so it can make up for a little of his gas! I just wanted to share my excitement. It still doesn't mean I can actually go anywhere but it might save us a few dollars for now. That is until they start going up again, urg:(

(I'll post pics of Ky's first day later. He looked so cute and happy today!)

School is starting next monday!

Wow what a cray stressful summer it has been and now it is over, yay!! Last night Kyle had back to school night so we had a chance to meet his new teacher. Kyle is a very shy kid until he gets to know you so he hardly had a word to say to her. Im kind of nervous about this teacher. Everything I keep hearing is very negitive but were going to give her a try for now. Kyle is ready for the new year to begin!
Parker will be starting preschool on the 2nd of September at my sister in laws, Ginger. This is her first year running it and I think she will be great at it. Parker will have a chance to get to know his Aunt and cousins more so that will be great! "Thank You Ginger for taking Parker in, we are all so excited."
Other then that Gabe has a great opportunity coming this next January. He was asked this week to go to Washington DC for the Presidental change of office. Im so excited for him!! Im also excited for some great scrapbooking material:)
Other then that there is alot of complaining I could write about but im trying to think positive. I hope everyone had a great summer!

Chloe is 6 months old.....TODAY!!

Wow.....How time flys! Six month ago today we welcomed our 7lbs. 5oz. little princess into this world. What a blessing she has been to our family! Since Febuary 13 till now she has been the center of attention of our house and I swear she knows it!
1 week old!
Sleeping Beauty

Now she is all smiles!! Sitting up, eating baby food, playing with her toys, laughing at her brothers, sitting in her jumper, just enjoying herself. She never stops and keeps us busy all the time. I wouldn't change it for anything though! I Love You Chlo - Chlo!

Snail Hunters!!

After it rains at Grandma & Grandpa Sanders all the snails come out and Grandma doesn't like them. So after sunday dinner a few weeks ago the boys went out with Addison to go snail hunting. Kyle would touch them but Addy says their gross! "I don't blame you Addy, they are gross!" Everytime after it rains and the boys are around Grandma is in luck! She can send the Snail Hunters out to save her yard!

She can finally sit on her cute buns:)

Chloe can now sit up, yay!! She is not the most stable yet but as of today she could even get a little excited and hold her self up a little. She is growing up so fast. It actually just seems like yesterday when we found out we were expecting again. Im so glad that she is here and part of our family. We are so blessed to have her!

Grasshopper rescuers!

So yesterday this grasshopper decide to make it way into our living room while daycare kids were leaving. Gabe decided he didn't want it there and tried to take a roll of paper towls after it. Tara was over and started yelling at him, telling him to just let her get it out of the house. It's quiet comical sometimes watching them argue. You would think they are siblings, lol:) She picked him up and noticed she got to him too late. He was already missing a leg! After a few minutes of looking at it she put him outside and we all thought that was the last time we would see him!

This morning when all the daycare kids were arriving long and behold our little friend made its way to our front door. He was just sitting there. Everytime we would open or close the door we would make sure we didn't get a leg of his in it. After him just sitting there for 3 hrs that I know of I decided this poor little guy just wanted a place to call home. So I got out the kids butterfly treehouse and put him in it. Kyle, Parker, Otis and Nattie later in the day got him some leafs and grass to make it a little more homely for him! He is now just a part of our family and will always have a home here!!

So here is his happy family all together with him. But little Henry did get a bit of jealousy in him. He picked up the treehouse by the handle and just started shaking it. Susan said to Gabe "He's just trying to finish off what you started!"
